The Complex Claim Specialist will manage and resolve complex insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency. This examiner will handle a book of Tech E&O and First/Third Party primary claims, as well as some media and crime claims. Responsibilities include investigating claims, analyzing coverage, assessing liability, and negotiating settlements. The role also involves consistent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including policyholders, brokers, and legal counsel, to ensure a high level of service and effective resolution of claims.
