What are the responsibilities and job description for the PSA Compliance Manager position at His House Childrens Home?
The PSA (Prevention of Sexual Abuse) and Compliance Manager will assess incidents related to Sexual Abuse, Sexual Harassment and Inappropriate Sexual Behavior
Will ensure Program compliance with Preventing, Detecting and Responding to incidents.
This position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the HIPPA Privacy Rule.
In addition, this manager will supervise the UC-Trainer and the UC Activity Coordinator in an effort to increase the UC Program overall level of functioning.
Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services or Social Service fields required
PLUS a minimum of one (1) year of experience working in Program Compliance within the child welfare system.
State of Florida License or License Eligible preferred.
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record.
Must be Bilingual (English / Spanish).
