What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director position at His House Childrens Home?
In partnership with the Program Director, the Assistant Director is responsible for the overall coordination, compliance, and quality of service delivery for the UC residential program, including residential services, records, and intake/case aide functions
This role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective staff management to support the safety, well-being, and timely service provision for all clients
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related Human services field from an accredited College / University
Master’s degree in relevant Behavioral Science field preferred
PLUS a minimum of five (5) years of progressive management experience of a children’s residential program
Must have good communication skills – verbal and written and good organizational skills
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record
Must be Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
