What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistan Director Of Operations/Compliance position at His House Childrens Home?
In collaboration with the Director of Residential Services, this position will be responsible for setting program goals, developing and implementing new policies, overseeing overall program administration, and designing the expansion of residential services.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field from an accredited College / University
Master’s degree in a relevant Behavioral Science field preferred
PLUS a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a licensed childcare program, child welfare administration, or program management
Must have good communication skills – verbal and written, and good organizational skills
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
