Responsibilities
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and decision makers within targeted leads.
- Pitch and present products to potential clients through direct communication, in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer information within a CRM system
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and market conditions
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results
- Attend networking events and conferences to build industry connections
- Proven experience in B2B sales or relevant role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Able to travel as needed Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics in the Roofing and construction industry.
- Strong time management, organizational skills and Insurance background.
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field #IHP
