We’re looking for a Customer Experience Administrator who’s equal parts people-person, systems ninja, and natural problem solver. You’ll work directly with our current customers to make sure jobs stay on track, concerns get resolved, and no detail gets missed. Roofing or service-industry admin experience is a huge plus — but your energy, sharp thinking, and love for helping others are what will make you shine.

What You’ll Do:
- Work with current customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Track job progress, follow-ups, and updates in the CRM
- De-escalate concerns with positivity, patience, and professionalism
- Navigate multiple platforms to provide timely and accurate updates
- Support field and sales teams by closing communication gaps
- Coordinate job-related documentation and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Keep clients informed, supported, and confident every step of the way
✅ Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a roofing, construction, or service-based company (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills — phone, email, and in-person
- Confident navigating CRMs and managing digital workflows
- Calm under pressure with proven de-escalation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams)
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
- Positive, energetic attitude — someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required #IHP
