Position Summary
As a photographer in our Dallas, Texas office, you'll play a key role in showcasing our clients' products. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality product images that meet our marketing and branding standards. This is an on-site position with no hybrid or remote options.
Job Responsibilities
Product Photography: You have the eye. Capture high-resolution images and videos of a large variety of luxury products, including watches and jewelry in our in-house studio environment. Ensure that each product is presented in the best possible light, showcasing its features, details, and functionality.
Lighting and Composition: Use appropriate lighting techniques and compositions to highlight each product's unique qualities.
Image Editing: Edit and retouch product images with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, enhancing quality, color accuracy, and overall presentation. Ensure all content aligns with our branding guidelines.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot photography equipment, ensuring cameras, lenses, lighting fixtures, and accessories perform optimally.
Workflow Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize photography projects to meet deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver finished images for catalogs, marketing campaigns, website updates, and other promotional materials on time.
Quality Control: Review product images for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards. Address discrepancies promptly and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in photography and visual content creation. Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills and techniques to enhance product photography quality and impact.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Photography or related field preferred.
3-5 years minimum experience in studio photography.
3-5 years experience partnering with creative peers.
Exceptional communication and strong conceptual storytelling skills are a must.
Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and photo editing software.
Must have professional familiarity with equipment such as Canon camera bodies & lenses.
3-5 years minimum experience with generative AI integration with photo competitions.
Portfolio submission required for consideration.
