What you’ll own
- New Part Introduction (NPI): lead estimating, project management, and process development for new parts.
- Process architecture: create process plans, standards, and work instructions that drive repeatability.
- Design for manufacturability: review prints/specs, interpret GD&T, and propose design or process changes that improve quality, cost, and throughput.
- Costing and quoting: estimate operational costs and cycle times; collaborate with—and sometimes lead—the quoting effort with our Estimation team.
- Production enablement: communicate capabilities and schedules to ensure smooth releases to production; prepare operational reports.
- Continuous improvement: implement new methods, equipment, or processes; analyze costs/benefits and evaluate production performance.
- Customer partnership: provide manufacturability feedback from quote through NPI.
Internal partners include engineering, estimating, manufacturing, and quality teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with G-code and CAM programming.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Understanding of CNC setup and machining cycle times.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing techniques, tooling, and equipment.
- Working knowledge of GD&T.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- BS in Process, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering with 2–5 years of relevant experience; or 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
- 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred).
- Project management tools (Smartsheet or Microsoft Project).
- Estimating platforms such as Paperless Parts.
- Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
