Job Title: Assistant Project Coordinator – Plumbing & HVAC

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain project documentation on file shares, Procore, e-Sub, and other construction management software.
- Procure submittals, track materials, and assist with purchase orders.
- Maintain apprenticeship timecards and documentation.
- Set up jobs in e-Sub with drawings, plans, specifications, addresses, and team assignments.
- Track project efficiency, labor hours, and financial performance to keep jobs on schedule and budget.
- Manage company vehicles via Geotab.
- Obtain necessary permits and maintain compliance documentation.
- Assist with weekly scheduling and project invoicing.
- Support project closeouts, including tracking punch lists, RFIs, change orders, submittals, and daily reports.
- Mark up plans using Bluebeam for project reference and collaboration.
- Assist with project estimation using FastPIPE.
- Communicate effectively with project teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of construction or plumbing/HVAC is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills for working with project teams, subcontractors, and management.
- Experience with construction management software (Procore, e-Sub) is a bonus.
