Duties and Responsibilities:
- Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
- Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts.
- Locate and monitor overdue accounts.
- Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies forpayment.
- Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts.
- Confer with customers by telephone.
- Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
- Perform various administrative functions for assigned accounts.
- credit extensions when necessary.
- Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.
- Resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
- Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices.
- Contact customers to obtain or relay account information.
- Review documents, such as purchase orders.
- Compute credit terms.
- Compile reports.
- High school diploma/equivalent required.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy and energy.
- Computer proficiencyand ability to navigate between multiple programs.
- Demonstrates an "All in to Win" attitude and performances and displays self-motivation and a strong desire to learn within an unpredictable and demanding environment.
