CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview
- Company driver or 1099; Solo driver or Team. It’s your career and your choice. Our job is to find the right fit. Opportunities vary based on location and experience.
- Weekly minimum guaranteed pay up to $1,800. Your time on the road should be worth it. Hirschbach Dedicated drivers stay because of reliable miles, competitive pay and top equipment.

Independent Operator (1099) Info
- Flexible, friendly terms: No down payment, no credit check, walkaway contract.
- Fixed, discounted fuel rate: Hirschbach drivers pay $.99/gallon for fuel, regardless of price at pump.
- Full-service maintenance plan: Covers all mechanical parts for $0.10/mi. No out-of-pocket expenses!

Minimum Hiring Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
