Job Description
- Support the Purchasing Manager in creating and managing purchase orders while monitoring inventory levels through NetSuite.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, confirm availability, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding inquiries and ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain and update inventory records across multiple platforms.
- Process credit memos, returns, and rebates; administrative experience is a plus.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in inventory planning and procurement.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency with office technology, including Google Workspace.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
