What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Hirsch Roberts Weinstein LLP?
Hirsch Roberts Weinstein seeks an attorney with 5–8 years of litigation experience at a big law firm, litigation boutique, insurance defense firm, or government agency. The ideal candidate has experience independently handling pleadings, discovery, depositions, and dispositive motions, with partner oversight and feedback. Experience with e-discovery (including vendors/platforms), restrictive covenants, and trial is a plus. Candidates should take pride in their writing, approach litigation strategically and practically, and be eager to take responsibility for matters from pre-litigation through resolution. Familiarity with employment and/or higher education law is a plus. Candidates must be proactive, able to work both independently and collaboratively, and perform well under tight deadlines. HRW offers meaningful hands-on experience, including direct client contact, participation in trainings and investigations, depositions, and oral advocacy before courts and agencies.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and full- versus part-time status. Remote work is optional up to two days per week; candidates seeking a part-time schedule may be considered.
