Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Field Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and connecting with potential clients within the SMB space (gas stations, convenience stores, small retail, etc.) making the sales lifecycle very short. No waiting for months. Average accounts can close between 4-7 days depending on the salesperson's ability to drive the deal. The role also requires delivering comprehensive product presentations, building and managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The executive will also provide product training, understand clients' needs, recommend tailored solutions, and support customer service inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to connect effectively with clients
- Customer Service skills and experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Sales expertise, including the ability to meet sales goals and understand client needs
- Ability to provide effective Training to clients on product features and usage
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team’s success
- Proven track record in a sales or customer-focused role is a plus
- Familiarity with AI technology solutions and their application in industries is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Benefits
- $45,000 - $65,000 Base Salary
- Uncapped commission
- Ability to build his/her own team and earn bonuses and additional commission based on the team's performance
- Quarterly awards when goals are met such as a roundtrip ticket with lodging and daily expenses anywhere in the world, and a automobile valued at $45,000 or more.
