What you bring to the table
- You want ownership, leverage, and responsibility from day one.
- Technically strong with solid fundamentals in programming and systems design
- Able to learn fast and go deep on unfamiliar problems
- Obsessive about details, quality, and correctness
- Relevant experience to building AI search (one or more of the following)
- General machine learning background
- Large-scale search and ranking systems
- ML recommender systems
- Retrieval infrastructure
- Building LLM Agents
