🧩 Position Overview: Sales Consultant
- Engage customers in a friendly, informative manner to promote new and certified pre‑owned models.
- Maintain showroom presentation, guide test drives, handle trade‑ins, and actively contribute to closing sales.
- Collaborate with team members to meet both individual and dealership volume targets.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated individuals with a commitment to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Automotive or retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen are required.
🎁 Compensation & Benefits
- Work schedule: Five-day work week, no Sundays, plus paid holidays and vacation time.
- Pay structure: $3000 base pay along w/ commissions with several volume bonus levels.
- Customer service: Monthly bonuses based on customer service scores
- Benefits: Medical, Dental,Vision and Life insurance and being able to sell from both franchises, what an advantage!
