We are seeking a Corporate Marketing Director to build and lead the marketing function for a 15 location automotive group serving a predominantly Hispanic market. What You’ll Own
- Design and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy across paid media, organic content, community engagement, and OEM programs.
- Build and lead organic content strategy, including social, video, and local storytelling tailored to Hispanic audiences.
- Set execution standards and ensure consistent performance across multiple rooftops and brands.
- Lead a community outreach team focused on authentic partnerships, visibility, and brand trust.
- Own monthly marketing performance reporting, translating data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Maximize manufacturer advertising reimbursement and co-op programs, ensuring compliance while capturing all available funds.
- Partner closely with operations, finance, and store leadership to align marketing investment with profitability and growth.
