Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process, from initial consultation to final purchase. You will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs, while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Negotiate prices and terms to close deals while maintaining company profitability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and previous customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with the service and finance departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Stay current on dealership promotions, inventory, and pricing.
Qualifications:
- Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed is highly desired.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills and experience with sales management software are preferred.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
