REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY
Mead, Talerman & Costa, LLC, seeks an experienced Real Estate Attorney with knowledge of and experience with real estate transactions, both residential and commercial. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating Purchase & Sale Agreements, reviewing title abstracts, writing title policies, conducting closings, and completion and/or oversight of all pre- and post-closing activities. Familiarity with residential or commercial leases, municipal real estate matters, and local land use, zoning and permitting matters a plus. Must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
