Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care
Assignment Type: Local & Travel
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8 hour blend of mid and nigtht shifts
Pay Rate: $35/hr on W2
Travel Pay Breakdown:
Weekly Gross Pay: $1850/week
Tax-Free Stipend: $890/week
Taxable W2 Pay: $960/week

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) contract opportunity in New Berlin, NY. Local and travel candidates are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted New York LPN License
- 2 years of recent LTC experience required
- Current BCLS/BLS Certification
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to LTC residents according to care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document residents' conditions
- Communicate changes in patient status to the appropriate healthcare team
- Assist with maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
- Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Follow facility policies and state/federal regulations
