THE ROLE
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented healthcare professional to join our client's team as a Registry Program Manager. In this role you will be the primary customer contact, managing timelines, deliverables, and communications while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution and high client satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Serve as the primary point of contact for registry customers, managing day-to-day questions, requests, and regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
Oversee registry programs to align with customer goals, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal teams.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to design and launch new registry programs, including workflows and data governance policies.
Maintain project trackers, shared documentation, and SOPs to ensure accuracy and consistency across accounts.
Perform data analysis, monitor data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues, and deliver clear, actionable reports to customers.
Prepare and present program updates, meeting summaries, and status reports to align stakeholders on progress and expectations.
Support training and onboarding for new registry users, fostering adoption and engagement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for program expansion, process improvements, and automation.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (public health, health informatics, epidemiology), advanced degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in program, project, or account management within healthcare, SaaS, or a data-driven environment, preferably with registry program experience.
Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices, including data governance, security, and privacy.
Experience with database management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex projects.
Familiarity with clinical registries, healthcare data workflows, or quality reporting is a plus.
Experience with project management or productivity tools (Asana, Notion, Google Suite) preferred.
