THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support both clients and internal teams within a fast-paced print and design environment. This position is ideal for someone with a background in the printing industry and a deep understanding of print production, materials, and processes. While not a creative role, the ideal candidate will have a creative background or an eye for design accuracy. This individual will coordinate custom print orders, manage communication between clients and production, and ensure projects are executed with precision and care.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, quotes, and print orders.
Oversee project coordination between clients, designers, and the production team.
Manage timelines, materials, and order details to ensure seamless fulfillment.
Maintain and organize customer data, quotes, and interactions within CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot printing or production issues.
Monitor production schedules and ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards.
Stay informed on industry trends, substrates, and printing methods to provide informed recommendations.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Proven experience in the print industry, with strong knowledge of production processes and materials (offset, digital, or large format).
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign for reviewing and understanding artwork files.
Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
WHAT YOU WILL LIKELY NEED
A background or education in graphic design or a related creative discipline.
Previous experience in printing industry customer service or account coordination.
Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) or Intercom for managing client communications.
Comfort working across multiple projects, clients, and production schedules.
