WHAT YOU WILL DO

● Facilitate the cadence of executive meetings, reporting rhythms, and performance tracking.

● Drive continuous improvement by analyzing operational performance and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
● Support leadership in managing acquisitions, integrations, and key change-management initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
● 7–10 years of business experience in strategic, operational, or transformation roles within software or technology-driven organizations.
● Proven experience in program or project management, with a strong record of delivering measurable results.
● Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
● Demonstrated success in influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive leaders.
● Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable programs.
● Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively.
