🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead buying and sourcing of hard goods and tabletop products
• Source products from China, India and other Asian markets
• Develop and maintain strong international supplier relationships
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and lead times
• Manage product development, costing and buying processes
• Monitor production, quality and shipment schedules
• Analyse market trends, sales performance and competitive pricing
• Identify new products and commercial opportunities
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Quality, Product Development and Supply Chain teams in China & India
• Travel internationally for supplier visits and trade shows when required

✅ 12 years of relevant buying experience
✅ Strong experience in Hard Goods / Tabletop / Home Décor / Housewares
✅ Proven sourcing experience from China & India
