You will guide homeowners through our platform, activate new homes, and directly impact revenue by running a fast, high-volume sales cycle. What You’ll Be Doing
- Run full-cycle inbound sales, from the initial conversation to the first lease signed
- Qualify homeowners, build trust, and convert interest into activated homes
- Leverage an automated sales engine to prioritize high-value conversations
- Hit a core KPI of 10 new homes leased per month
- Manage a high-velocity pipeline of 50–100 inbound leads per week
- Guide landlords from initial interest through securing their first tenant
- Maintain excellent communication, organization, and follow-through across all touchpoints
- 1–4 years in sales, leasing, SMB AE, or BDR/SDR roles with closing responsibilities
- Full-cycle inbound sales experience
- Prior work managing high-volume pipelines (50–100 inbound leads/week)
- Experience in marketplace sales (especially supply-side)
- Experience working with SMBs
- Real estate or leasing experience is a strong plus (e.g., real estate license)
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Sheets, and Front
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced CRM-driven workflows
- Strong pipeline management and activity-tracking discipline
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to close deals quickly
- Warm, confident phone presence; able to build trust fast
- Organized, reliable, and excellent at follow-through
- Empathetic but persuasive—able to guide hesitant landlords toward the right step
- Motivated by targets, metrics, and rapid iteration
- Ability to work in-person in San Francisco (4 days/week)
- Lack of genuine interest in housing, real estate, or the product
- Candidates coming only from enterprise sales or long sales cycles
- People uncomfortable with high-velocity, high-volume inbound environments
- Be part of an early team post-product-market fit, shaping a large, impactful industry
