  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS/ERP data conversion and integrations.
  • At least two full life-cycle Workday implementations (HCM).
  • Proven experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Custom Reports.
  • Proficiency in SQL, XSLT, XML, and complex data transformation logic.
