Required Skills

  1. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
  2. Experience supporting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  3. Solid knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  4. Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
  5. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
