CLS Generalist. Must have blood bank experience.
- Perform laboratory testing in areas including Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank
- Conduct blood typing, crossmatching, antibody screening, and compatibility testing
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and regulatory standards
- Analyze and interpret test results accurately and report findings in a timely manner
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment
- Follow established laboratory safety protocols and infection control standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to support patient diagnosis and treatment
