This is a full-time on-site role for a Benefits Administrator located in Troy, MI. The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits. Daily tasks include administering COBRA, managing U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to employee benefits.
- Experience with Benefits Administration, Employee Benefits, and Insurance
- Knowledge of U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and COBRA compliance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in human resources or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
