Drive Supply Chain Transformation on a Global ScaleWe're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic regionalization and supply chain transformation initiatives. In this high-impact role, you'll evaluate global manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and distribution networks to identify opportunities that improve cost, resilience, lead times, and customer service.You'll partner with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and IT to develop executive-level business cases and recommendations that shape future operating models.
What You'll Do
- Analyze global supply chain and manufacturing networks
- Evaluate supplier localization and sourcing strategies
- Develop financial business cases including ROI, NPV, payback and cost analysis
- Assess manufacturing footprint and logistics alternatives
- Evaluate ERP impacts (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional global programs and stakeholder alignment
- Present recommendations and implementation roadmaps to executive leadership
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Strategy, or Program Management experience
- Proven success leading supply chain transformation or regionalization initiatives
- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
- Experience within industrial manufacturing, electrical products, electronics, automation, or related industries
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis preferred)
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
