Skilled Nursing LPN $ 63.00 The Pines - Olean Campus 2245 West State Street Olean 14760 New York Private OSM 8 hour blend of Mid and Night Shifts
LPN Contract for Doubles on Fridays and Saturdays (2:00pm-6:30am) and one scheduled 8 hour shift Mon – Thursday.


LTC LPN/RN candidates must have 2 years of recent LTC experience. Must have BCLS and an Active NY LPN/RN license.


Requirements:
• Active NY LPN/RN License
• 2+ Yearsâ€TM Experience
• NY DHHS Background
• BCLS
• National/State/County Background
• 10 Panel Drug Screen
• 2 Step TB, Hep B, MMRs, Tdap, Varicella
