ERP Pricing Analyst
Location: Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Training: 9 AM–6 PM EST | Post-training: 10 AM–7 PM EST
Work Model: Hybrid (Not fully remote)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pricing & Contract Operations Analyst to manage and maintain complex supplier and customer pricing agreements. This role focuses on reviewing contracts, ensuring accurate pricing and eligibility setup in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational accuracy in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret supplier and customer contracts for pricing and eligibility requirements
- Load and maintain contract pricing and membership data in SAP and/or Oracle
- Ensure accurate customer access to contract pricing
- Analyze pricing data, resolve discrepancies, and manage escalations
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and BI teams on pricing implementation
- Support reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with training and guidance for team members as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a B2B manufacturing or distribution environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Oracle (required)
- Strong contract, pricing, or revenue operations experience
- Intermediate Excel skills (including formulas)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Education
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
