About The Team
Administrative employees help teams keep up with the company's rapid pace, acting as liaisons embedded in business functions. This role supports the hiring manager and 2-3 additional team members on a Training Apparel team, handling calendaring, expenses, and travel.

A Senior Administrative Assistant with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment — high learning agility, strong organization, and high attention to detail. Strong communication and time management skills, able to prioritize across multiple stakeholders and follow through on requests to completion. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, adapting style to the leaders and businesses supported.
What Will You Work On-
Complex Calendar Management — scheduling appointments, meetings, conferences; managing conflicts and coordinating with other teammates
Booking Travel Arrangements — flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, documentation
Planning Meetings and Events — event space, budgeting, catering, agenda planning, scheduling, external parties
Preparing Expense Reports, Tracking Budgets & Purchase Orders — expense reports, budget tracking, invoice/PO processing for vendors
Document Preparation & Organization — producing/editing/reformatting documents, org charts, PowerPoint/Keynote presentations, work session agendas
Communications — writing, contributing, or editing draft communications under the leader's direction; managing distribution lists
Coordinate Team Space Planning, Workspace/Equipment Moves
Special Projects — project planning, progress tracking, deadline management
Team & Culture Building — staff meetings, team building activities, offsites
Serve as main point of contact for administrative questions; provide coverage for other leaders as needed
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training)
Minimum 3 years administrative work experience
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities, including senior-level executives
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment with high ambiguity
Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and handle highly confidential/sensitive information
Ability to work independently, taking initiative to follow through with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Zoom/MS Teams
Ability to occasionally work outside core business hours
NICE-TO-HAVE
Previous experience working with and tracking budgets
Experience with Keynote
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
Education / Experience Substitutions
