📍 Hybrid — Andover, MA (2–3 days onsite weekly)

We’re partnering with a leading global Client in the energy and industrial technology space that’s building large-scale digital platforms used across critical infrastructure environments worldwide. The team is growing and looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, building scalable automation frameworks, and working closely with engineering teams in a fast-moving Agile environment.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to work on enterprise-level cloud platforms, modern automation practices, and high-impact systems that support real-world operations across manufacturing, utilities, and energy technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and Pytest

• Develop and execute API, integration, performance, and scalability tests

• Support full-stack testing efforts within CI/CD pipelines

• Work closely with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve issues early

• Validate cloud-based applications running in AWS or Azure environments

• Help improve overall testing strategy, automation coverage, and release quality

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Debug complex issues and drive root-cause analysis across distributed systems

What They’re Looking For

• 8 years of experience in software testing and automation

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Pytest

• Experience with REST API testing and integration testing

• Background working with CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows

• Cloud exposure with AWS or Azure

• Comfortable working in Linux and Windows environments

• Strong understanding of Agile development practices

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with GitHub Actions

• Exposure to Kafka or stream-processing systems

• Familiarity with Dynatrace or monitoring tools

• Experience with Postman

• Interest or exposure to AI-driven testing approaches
