Inventory Control Associate
Location: Westampton, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: Approx. 11 Months
Shift: 1st Shift / Day Shift
Schedule

- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional overtime as needed
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to support daily warehouse inventory operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with office-based inventory tracking and reconciliation tasks to help maintain accurate inventory records and support smooth warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both on the warehouse floor and in an administrative setting, using RF scanners, inventory systems, and Crown Order Picker equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory balances and warehouse records
- Process inventory transactions accurately and on time
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits
- Communicate inventory issues and variances to supervisors
- Use RF scanning devices for inventory tracking and task management
- Operate Crown Order Picker equipment up to 40 feet high
- Participate in daily safety meetings and follow all safety procedures
- Provide general warehouse and administrative support as needed
Required Skills
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel and Word)
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Basic math skills (addition/subtraction)
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience
- Experience with inventory reconciliation or warehouse systems
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Work Environment & Equipment
- Hybrid warehouse/office role (approximately 75% warehouse / 25% office)
- Dry warehouse environment (60–90°F)
- RF scanning devices
- Crown Order Picker equipment
- Steel toe boots/shoes highly recommended
Salary : $16 - $19
