- Proactively respond to custody-related client inquiries on a daily basis.

2. Technology and Innovation
- Utilize internal technology solutions to effectively manage client inquiries.
- Educate and assist clients in adopting new technology, automation tools, and products.
3. Risk Management and Control
- Assist in maintaining and reporting on key client service metrics.
- Support team-based projects, audits, and process improvements.
- Complete monthly reporting requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
