Position: Digital factory Engineer (Manufacturing)
Location: Georgetown, KY
Duration: 12–19 Months (Possible Extension)
Rate: $48.50/hr Overtime (10%)
Travel: Up to 5% (Domestic)

Join us and be part of a cutting-edge Digital Factory initiative driving the future of manufacturing. We are seeking a Digital Factory Engineer to develop and optimize digital workflows, factory layouts, and simulation processes for next-generation production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance digital factory workflows and methods
- Create and optimize 2D/3D factory layouts
- Build and improve manufacturing simulation models
- Support digitalization of production engineering processes
- Work with tools from Autodesk and Dassault Systèmes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners
- Perform point cloud data processing & registration
- Drive use cases in XR (AR/VR) and digital twin technologies
Required Skills (Must-Have):
- 3 years in Digital Factory / Manufacturing Engineering / CAD
- Strong experience with:
- 2D/3D factory layouts
- Simulation tools & workflows
- Manufacturing process understanding
- Exposure to Digitalization, XR, Point Cloud, or Industry 4.0 technologies
Nice to Have:
- Automotive or industrial manufacturing background
- Process optimization & new model development
- Cloud / data integration knowledge
- Equipment planning & installation experience
