🚀 Now Hiring: Data Analyst III (Hybrid - Minneapolis, MN / Denver, CO or Remote)
Are you passionate about data analysis, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity?
Our client, a leading utility services company, is looking for a Data Analyst III to join their Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Team!
You'll play a critical role in safeguarding sensitive access controls across high-risk environments and contribute directly to the security and financial integrity of the organization.
What You'll Do:
🔹 Manage quarterly access certifications across 10,000 entitlements using SailPoint 8.4
🔹 Analyze access control evidence for 19 SOX applications to validate security effectiveness
🔹 Support internal audits and respond to compliance inquiries
🔹 Improve reporting, automation, and access control processes
🔹 Collaborate with cybersecurity engineers, auditors, and business teams across the enterprise
What We're Looking For:
✅ 8–10 years of experience in data analytics, audit, assurance, or risk management
✅ Strong SOX compliance knowledge
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)
✅ Solid SQL skills and familiarity with business intelligence/reporting tools
✅ Hands-on experience with IAM tools (SailPoint preferred, CyberArk a plus)
✅ Sharp attention to detail and a customer-service mindset
Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO preferred — Remote candidates are also welcome!
