Role: Technical Developer II, Global Accessories
Location: Beaverton, OR
12 Months Contract
- A minimum of 3-5 years directly relevant work experience in Apparel, Knit, or Accessories product development experience with an eye towards craft and quality.
- Strong experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of the Knit product development process from inception through production, including raw material, knit structure, costing, manufacturing, and machinery.
- Ability to creat product specs and along with interpreting design intent and offering alternative solutions when appropriate.
- Ability to act as a technical resource and lead initiatives through high energy and positive influence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to excel in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across accessory classifications seasonally.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and process orientation.
- Proficiency with MS Office programs and confident using Adobe Illustrator and CAD Pattern Design software. Experience with CLO/Optitex/Browzwear/VStitcher/Lotta a plus.
- Experience working with factories and vendors to ensure and improve manufacturability.
- Ability to travel 5% (domestic and international).
