Position Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in driving the company’s talent acquisition strategy by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates across all markets. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, reporting and analytics, HR systems administration, onboarding initiatives, and supporting employee retention efforts. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about creating a seamless candidate and employee experience.


Key Responsibility:

  • Duties Recruiting: Lead full cycle recruiting efforts from sourcing to offer letters for all roles, including frontline, management, and corporate support roles. Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop role-specific recruiting strategies. Source qualified candidates through active outreach, employee referrals, and online tools, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Adhere strictly to timelines, compliance, and confidentiality standards
  • Data & Reporting: Utilize data to track recruitment KPIs and measure hiring efficiency and quality. Maintain and update dashboards tracking time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, source of hire, and turnover. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting performance reports with strong attention to detail and recommend improvements based on data trends.
  • HRIS Administration & Onboarding: Manage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and oversee the candidate lifecycle from application to hire. Lead and continuously improve onboarding processes for new hires, delivering a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Employee Retention Support: Work alongside HR and leadership to support programs aimed at reducing turnover and enhancing engagement. Monitor early turnover data and participate in initial interviews and exit interviews as need.


Required Qualifications & Experience.

  • Experience: 3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with demonstrable success in placing professionals across various industries
  • Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the job market, including industry trends, regulations, and compensation structures
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts, etc.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates from diverse backgrounds. Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence hiring decisions
