Territory Manager – Medical Device Sales
This position offers full benefits, job stability, great earning potential, a company car, and TONS of earning growth potential. It is a home-office based position, so you can work remotely when not traveling. who can cover the WA, OR, SD, ND, ID and MN region. Travel will be in the 50% range.
Please note: Candidates MUST live within an hour's drive or so of Sea-Tac International Airport or Portland International Airport. Specifically looking for this person to be based either around Seattle, Tacoma or Portland
SummaryAs a Territory Manager, you'll drive sales of capital equipment and disposables across hospitals, surgery centers, and physicians. You'll cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver product expertise, and help expand market presence in your territory. This position requires about 50% travel within the assigned region. Ideal range of experience is in the 3-10 years range.
Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales targets for capital equipment and consumables in the medical device space
- Create and execute a territory business plan to grow market share.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
- Conduct sales calls, product demos, and presentations to physicians and hospital staff.
- Manage the full sales cycle including quoting, pricing, and financial discussions.
- Coordinate installations, training, and customer support in collaboration with clinical and service teams.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, clinical meetings, and local events.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in the medical device space. Urology experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences).
- Ability to travel about 50% of the time
- Prior capital equipment sales is a plus
- Experience in the urology space is a plus
Compensation:
- Total yearly earnings (base commissions) are expected to be in the $300K neighborhood.
