Urological Product ManagerThis position offers full benefits, stability, and lots of growth potential within a growing medical device company with an extremely positive culture. It is a remote, home-office based position with some travel (mostly day trips, with some overnights here-and-there). If you feel the role is a good fit and you'd like to apply, please read through and follow the application instructions listed at the bottom of the posting.Summary This role is a strategic link between the market, clinical users, and internal development teams within the endourology space. The position requires someone who understands urology capital equipment, can translate clinical needs into product strategy, and drive successful market execution.Responsibilities • Lead upstream product strategy, identifying unmet clinical needs and translating them into new product opportunities. • Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams in engineering, clinical, and marketing to define requirements and support product development activities. • Conduct voice-of-customer research with urologists and clinical staff to inform design, user experience, positioning, and messaging. • Build business cases and support development processes through launch readiness. • Own downstream execution — develop go-to-market plans, launch programs, lifecycle strategies, messaging, and commercial tools for both capital equipment and related consumables. • Partner with sales and field teams to drive adoption through clinical insight, differentiation, and value communication. • Track launch performance, analyze outcomes, and drive continuous improvement based on market feedback. • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for endourology, gathering insights and ensuring alignment with customer needs.Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 5–8 years of medical device marketing or product management experience — must include urology capital equipment exposure. • Proven experience supporting technologies for kidney stone management and/or BPH therapy (e.g., scopes, laser systems, access devices, HoLEP or related solutions). • Prior ownership of both upstream strategy and downstream commercial execution. • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. • Ability to travel up to 25–30% domestically/internationally for customer visits, field work, and congresses while primarily working from home.Preferred • Experience managing both capital systems and disposable portfolios. • Familiarity with regulatory and reimbursement environments for advanced medical devices. • Experience in new product development, launch planning, and commercialization.IMPORTANT - IF INTERESTED AND QUALIFIED PLEASE ANSWER THE BELOW QUESTIONS AND SEND ME YOUR RESUME1.
