- Salary Range:- $88,000.00 to $122,000.00
Requirements:-
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Current Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
- Three (3) years leadership experience in high volume case management program in a hospital or clinic setting
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Nursing, MBA or related field
- Preferred: Case Management leadership experience in a high volume hospital or clinic setting.
Duties
- Lead and manage care programs, ensuring they meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate program initiatives that promote client independence and well-being.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, families, staff, and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Oversee administrative functions related to program management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address behavioral health needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the delivery of care services.
