Position Overview

The Associate Attorney will collaborate closely with other associates, support staff, and senior attorneys on a variety of complex employment law cases. This role requires a strong ability to manage a demanding workload while maintaining professionalism and delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of employment litigation cases, including case evaluation, strategy development, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and analyze employment law matters.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop and execute litigation strategies.
- Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation.
