Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals who have requested more information
- Follow provided training, scripts, and communication guidelines
- Ask questions to better understand each person’s needs
- Provide general information about available options
- Schedule follow-ups when appropriate
- Maintain accurate notes and activity records
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
Qualifications:
- Comfortable speaking with people by phone
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and able to work in person
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Customer service, phone, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Must be willing to complete any required licensing steps before performing licensed activities
Compensation:
This is an independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. Earnings vary based on individual activity, performance, and completed business. Compensation details will be reviewed during the interview process.
