As an Audit Senior Accountant, You Will • Plan, execute, and review all phases of audit and attest engagements, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. • Collaborate with managers and partners on a variety of client engagements across multiple industries. • Prepare and review engagement workpapers, financial statements (including footnotes), and related reports. • Develop specialized expertise in key industries and provide value-added insights to clients. • Research and apply accounting and auditing standards (GAAP) to address complex issues and deliver effective solutions. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact for day-to-day engagement needs. • Supervise, review, and delegate work to Associate I and Associate II team members. • Train, mentor, and support the development of junior staff. • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with professional standards and firm policies. • Contribute to our client-centric, team-oriented culture. To Be an Audit Senior Accountant, You Have • 3 years of audit and attest experience within a public accounting firm. • CPA license or progress toward licensure. • Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues. • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines. • A collaborative mindset and commitment to team success. • Experience with Caseware, CaseView, and Suralink (or similar tools) is a plus. Education • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a bachelor’s degree in a related field with substantial accounting coursework required. • Coursework sufficient to meet CPA licensure requirements.
