The job:
- Lead the delivery of traffic engineering and transportation projects from planning through to completion.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with public agencies, municipalities, and key project stakeholders.
- Mentor, recruit, and grow a high-performing traffic engineering team, supporting career development and technical excellence.
- Provide technical guidance and oversee the preparation of traffic studies, design documents, and engineering deliverables.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 8 years of related experience.
