The job
- Lead transit infrastructure design projects, including corridor improvements, stations, and support facilities
- Guide multidisciplinary teams through planning, PS&E development, and complex urban right‑of‑way constraints
- Provide rigorous quality assurance across models, drawings, and reports to ensure compliance with state and federal transit design standards
- Collaborate closely with public agency clients, consultants, and local partners to develop strong technical solutions and responsive RFP submissions
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, offer technical expertise in accessibility and transit operations, and mentor junior staff as they advance their Civil 3D capabilities and project delivery skills
