The job:
- Lead groundwater and surface water compliance and permitting projects for solid waste, industrial waste, and coal combustion residual (CCR) facilities.
- Provide senior technical oversight of hydrogeologic investigations, groundwater monitoring, assessment programmes, and corrective action initiatives.
- Manage project teams, ensuring field activities, data analysis, reporting, and regulatory submissions meet applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
- Direct geochemical evaluations, groundwater compliance assessments, statistical analyses, and contaminant fate and transport studies.
- Lead client, regulator, and stakeholder meetings while managing project scopes, budgets, schedules, quality, and profitability.
- Drive business development through proposal preparation, client relationship management, and mentoring multidisciplinary project teams.
