Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership with the clinical and non-clinical team on best practices
- Live the practice’s standards and values
- Proactively analyze and respond to practice financials
- Regularly lead team meetings, coach team members, and mediate conflicts successfully
- Manage expenditures and keep the practice within the budget
- Work with the billing team to ensure billing and A/R are managed well
- Work with the marketing team to ensure patient interaction and community outreach are successful
- Manage the practice’s payroll biweekly
- Maintain high patient satisfaction metrics, high patient retention and consistently increase patient referrals
- Oversee education of patients of appropriate treatment plans
- Manage team and patient schedules
- Ensure the practice is compliant with all appropriate government guidelines
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Computer and numbers savvy Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills required; familiarity with Open Dental and Asana a plus
- Adept understanding and comprehension of clinical matters
- Clear, collaborative communication style
- Strong emotional intelligence
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Persistence in finding solutions when barriers exist
- 2-3 Years’ Experience as an Office Manager
